> Orilami is a set of browser-based privacy and document-forensics tools. Every tool runs

**Q: How can I verify that nothing is uploaded?**
A: Open your browser's developer tools (F12), switch to the Network tab, and run any tool. No
request carries your file. The guide "How to Verify Local Execution Using Your Browser's Network
Tab" walks through it step by step.

**Q: What does Orilami store about me?**
A: Only what accounts and payments require — email (plus name and picture when signing in with
Google), token balance and spending history, payment confirmations, and limited technical
identifiers used to stop the free-token bonus being claimed repeatedly. Never your files.

**Q: Why is it paid if it runs on my own machine?**
A: The tokens pay for building and maintaining the tools, not for server processing. Because
there is no server processing, there is also no file retention to trust anyone about.

**Q: What happens if a tool fails after tokens were deducted?**
A: Email support@orilami.com with the account email, the tool and roughly when it happened, and the
tokens are restored to the balance. Purchased token packages are refundable only within 14 days
and only if none of the tokens have been spent; see https://www.orilami.com/refund-policy.

**Q: Is there any tracking or advertising?**
A: No advertising and no third-party analytics trackers. Sign-in cookies and local storage for
preferences such as light/dark theme only.
