Bureaucracy Bypasser

A client-side compliance engine that forces any image or document to meet a government portal's rigid constraints — exact pixel dimensions, DPI, a strict KB band, and format — without uploading your file anywhere.

How it hits an exact size

It binary-searches JPEG quality (up to 12 iterations) to land the file strictly under the KB ceiling at the highest quality possible, then reports the SSIM so you can see how much fidelity was kept. Geometry is conformed by center-crop or pad, and the DPI is written straight into the JFIF header — no resample, so the pixels aren't distorted.

FAQ

Is my file uploaded?
No. Decoding, compression, DPI stamping, and PDF assembly all run in your browser via a Web Worker.
What formats can I feed it?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, plus HEIC/HEIF and TIFF (decoded with in-browser WASM/JS).
Is the PDF real PDF/A?
It's PDF/A-2b-oriented — correct geometry and XMP — but no ICC OutputIntent is embedded, so it won't pass strict veraPDF validation. Treat it as best-effort.
The size band couldn't be met — why?
A KB floor can be impossible at small dimensions. Increase the dimensions, or relax the min, and process again.
