Telegram is the fastest way to reach us for short questions. Please don't post passwords, payment details or the contents of your files there — you never need to send us your files to get help.

Every tool lets you run it and preview the result for free. Tokens are only deducted when you choose to download the finished file, so if a repair or any other run fails, nothing is charged. To report a tool that failed, see the Refund & Credit Policy.
